STRUCTURAL PANEL
The structural/flat panel division is
equipped to manufacture panels up
to 8.5m x 3.0m. These panels offer
very high stiffness-to-weight ratios
and are usually made to individual
specification.
Materials generally used in these panels are fibreglass / plywood/MDF/ fibrosheeting as skins and Stryrofoam / balsa / honeycomb as cores. These panels range in thickness from 25mm to 100mm and are vacuum bagged on large flat tables.
Applications for these panels are: refrigerated transport, architectural, caravans, enclosed trailers, horse floats and many other lightweight structural uses.
