In all sizes, Bolwell specialises in vacuum forming materials such as: ABS, PET, acrylic (cast and extruded), polycarbonate, polypropylene, styrene, polyethylene and Kydex.

Tools are made from a variety of materials depending on production volumes.

The range and variety of materials available allows for the vacuum forming of structural and/or cosmetic panels with different surface finishes. Simple or complex covers, trims, dash and instrument panels, boxes, hatches, medical applications, protective shields, masks, headlight covers and display stands are just some of the many products that benefit from vacuum forming manufacture.
