Bolwell produce vacuum formed mouldings from a variety of materials such as ABS, ASA, Acrylic capped ABS/ASA, HIPS, polycarbonate and polypropylene. We specialise in producing moulding in medical grade plastics.

The range and variety of materials available allows for the vacuum forming of structural and/or cosmetic panels with variety of different surface finishes and textures.

Simple or complex covers, trim, dash and instrument panels, hatches, medical products, protective shields, masks, headlight covers and display stands are just some of the many applications that benefit from vacuum forming.

The material used to construct your form tool is chosen based on the production volumes to give the most economical solution. Tools can be manufactured from wood, tooling resins or aluminium.
Vacuum Form bed sizes range from 3.0 x 3.0m down to 0.5 x 0.5m.
Sheet from 1mm up to 7mm thicknesses formed.
